Pappelbon didn't back away from his comments of calling Manny Ramirez a cancer in an Esquire article. He went on to say that Manny's replacement Jason Bay was like a chemo treatment. Meanwhile in Arizona Ramirez did not play in a spring training game on Thursday because of a bad hamstring. That bad hamstring did not keep Ramirez from riding a tricycle and taking batting practice at Dodgers camp.

Basically it's called a facet block. It has a little cortisone in it. I had the L4, L5, and L5, S1 on both the right and the left down around my spine. I had an epidural last year a couple times, and neither one of them seemed to really take good effect. Maybe they helped a little bit, but not a whole lot.
