A Win
I am not a gambling man, but I knew one thing for certain about last night's game. A win was as likely last night as it ever will be. So I plunked down 70 bones on it and was rewarded with 121 bones in return.

Is it me but is Keith Foulke very unpredictable and unreliable as a closer. With most teams:atlanta/smoltz,LAD/Gagne, Yanks/Riviera; when there closer comes in, it is a wrap, but with foulke you don't know what you will get. With the starting rotation in flux, the Sox have to have a dependable closer and Foulke is not it. I hope theo(the boy wonder) addresses this problem.
Last I checked Smoltz doesn't close, Gagne doesn't pitch, and Riviera is having the worst year of his life, but yes you are right Foulke is anything but automatic.
