    YES! Burks IS BACK!

OH wait, thats not very good news, well I guess it isn't bad news either. Where the hell is BK Kim?

    -------------------------------------------
Ellis Burks' seemingly endless trek back from a pair of knee surgeries could end as early as tonight, when the Red Sox take on the New York Yankees in the first of three games in the Bronx.
The veteran slugger, who last appeared for the Sox on April 24 at Yankee Stadium, took live batting practice off Pedro Astacio and ran the bases prior to last night's game at Fenway Park against the Tampa Bay Devil Rays. Even though the left knee, which has repeatedly refused to respond to rest and rehab, still isn't at full strength, Burks said he's ready to at least pinch hit this weekend.
Slowing down is when you put pressure on the knee and that's where it's still barking a bit," he said. "I'm very close. I don't expect to go out and steal bases, but I'll do what I can to help the club."
