    Will Pedro Pitch to Barry

Last night the first time Barry Bonds came up to the plate there were runners on and Wakefield wisely gave Mr. Bonds a free pass to first. Jeers from the crowd rang out, "chicken" was shouted in unison, as the SBC faithful hung up their 51st rubber chicken in the out field commemorating Bonds league leading intentional walks.
Today Pedro will face Barry for the first time since joining the American league. When was the last time you say Pedro intentionally walk any one? He has but it is not often, and it has not happened when the whole world was watching like in today's Fox game of the week.
The Red Sox were able to gain another game on the Yankees last night as they have climbed back to the familiar 3.5 games back after a brief stint at the season low of 5.5 games back earlier this week.

Pedro is claiming that he will walk him if the situation dictates it, but do you actually believe him.

"Well, because it's costing them the game when they pitch to him," said Martinez. "The games have been so close, they have to actually run away and walk him and actually try and win the ballgame, and that's what I'll try and do as well."

Must see TV starts at 3:15 EST.
