    Another Milestone for Pedro?

Pedro reaches 2500 strike outs in one of the worst performances of his career.
The last time pedro gave up 11 hits in a game was last century, 1999 to be exact. He also picked up only 4 strike outs last night. One of them, which was probably the hardest, came off of a double-A player named Kotchman. The pitch ended the inning, and registered Pedro's 2500 K. The look on Pedro's face was one of a tired man when he left the mound that inning; no cause to celebrate indeed.

    MLB.com paints the picture.
"The milestone strikeout came in the third inning and took 15 pitches as Kotchman, who had a 3-0 count to open the at-bat, fouled off 11 straight pitches before swinging and missing a 78-mph breaking ball.

Kotchman was in Double-A at the beginning of last month. He had set an Angels record by going 48 at-bats without striking out to begin his Major League career."
