Rally Monkey-ed

The Red Sox lost their first game of the two game series against the Anaheim Angels 7 to 6. However they may have grounds for playing the game under protest, according to Rally Monkey lore the Rally Monkey used by the Anaheim faithful, cannot show his head until the seventh inning. As noted by The Rem Dawg last night, the Rally Monkey was flashed on the Angels score board during the sixth inning last night. The same inning when Bronson Arroyo was responsible for giving up three runs and kissing good bye to The Red Sox 4 to 3 lead. The Sox tried a little rally of their own in the 9th by getting back to within 1 run, but alas the monkey was not on their back.
