On the left is John Lackey with his wife in February 2010 on the right is Lackey in February 2011. What a difference a year makes. A slimed down Lackey entered the Red Sox springtraining camp this year. On a WEEI radio interview he sited his weight loss was due to doing more cardio with a fireman friend, but this blogger would guess he cut back on some carbs (read Beer) this off season.
