Tossing Balls

I haven't thrown a baseball for the last six months, It was only 45 feet, nothing speed-wise or anything like that, but it's another step in the recovery process.-- Matt Clement

Clement, who last pitched June 14 2006, started short tossing baseballs yesterday for the first time since shoulder surgery in September. He threw 50 balls on flat ground.
