Mantei, Myers, Millar, Olerud: Happy Holidays

Wednesday the Red Sox offered arbitration to Damon (good), Graffanino (good), and Mueller (pretty good). The Red Sox did not offer Matt Mantei (bad), Mike Myers (pretty bad), Kevin Millar (really bad) and John Olerud (old) arbitration. Being offered arbitration often doesn't translate into that player staying with their team. But it is clear from the list of people not offered arbitration that the Sox have little interest in their services in the future.
