It was all fun and games for Trot Nixon Saturday until the game against the D-Rays started. Nixon made two throwing errors (that didn't show up in the scorecard) which cost the Sox two runs. It appeared that Nixon forgot how to play ball for a moment. But Nixon's woes were not the Sox problem; they were no-hit by devil dog pitching until the fifth inning and left the park with only three hits and no runs.
