    Sock-Gate Day 3 New Evidence!

Not reported in yesterday's media feeding frenzy was that Curt Schilling cut his ridicules hockey hair prior to Wednesday's game. The hair cut comes after Curt gave up 8 hits, 5 earned runs, and 2 home runs on Friday April 20th.

    Thank You

Manny Ramirez, J.D. Drew, Lowell and Jason Varitek go yard off of Yankee rookie Chase Wright.
I think we're fortunate that it's early in the season. We can actually pinpoint why we lost here. We went up against arguably three of the best pitchers in the league and we scored some runs; we couldn't keep their offense down."--Johnny Damon 4/22/07

    A Perfect Day

It has stopped raining, the sun is out, the weather is warm, the Red Sox are in first place and the Yankees are in town for a weekend series. What could be any better?

    NESN hiring Ken Macha?

I think not, but you can welcome NESN's latest two Red Sox reporters. Hazel Mae they are not.

    Cora! Cora! Cora!

The story entering the game was a miss-match between Tavarez and Halladay, but Tavarez was as good as one could have hoped. He kept the Sox in the game until Manny finally awoke with a 2 run shot in the 8th. Timlin got the win, Pap the save. Papelbon may not be available tomorrow for the start of the Yankees series after pitching back to back 20+pitch days.

    Best Outing Ever

I was more excited for him, you know I wanted him to do well. Because the world would be coming to an end if he had a mediocre start. For him to do so well is great, it is great as a teammate, he answered the hype and now everyones happy."
